Join us for the Midwest Child & Family Institute's 2013 conference, "Everyday Struggles with Sickle-Cell Anemia" on Saturday, June 15. For five hours, hear a line up of speakers from the medical, mental health, and not-for-profit areas talk about Sickle-Cell disease and its affect on family members, including, but not limited to, pain issues, clinical trials, healthy living, and depression. Get guidance on handling medical debt associated with Sickle-Cell hospitalizations. Also, share your own stories with your peers during more intimate break-out sessions. The first 15 people to register will receive a FREE gift card. All attendees will receive a FREE gift bag, too.
